About Us

After becoming students at the University of Hard Knocks for over two decades, we were compelled to share with you the wisdom and knowledge we acquired from the men and women who have gone before us. As we learned to stand on the shoulders of these giants, our journey continues.

TheVictoryWithin.com was developed to provide you with the inspiration, motivation and spiritual tools needed for you to draw out your inherent right to succeed. Established in 1999, we are affiliated with Baylon International Publishing & Communications (BIPC).

Our first release titled You! Listen To Me, was written for everyone wanting to achieve the so-called American Dream. It holds the distinction of being the first positive mental attitude guidebook written by a Filipino. The book balances off the usually very positive expectations about life in America.

Published in 2003, Building a Strong Christian Family Foundation was written to counter-act the global crisis that has been confronting the family. It covers vital elements in building and maintaining a strong family by reinforcing relationships and clearly illustrating the complementary roles of each member of the family.

Both titles are scheduled to be electronically published in 2006. Other projects the company will be embarking on will be the conversion of the first five titles to books on audiocassettes/CD; conducting motivational and personal development seminars are also in our agenda.

Founded by Romy Baylon, a US resident for over twenty years, and the author of the first five titles, BIPC will be publishing and distributing books in the Philippines, the United States and other countries to serve the Filipino communities.
